Melbourne, Australia - Australian Catholic University

Australian Catholic University (ACU) has six campuses in five different locations: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, and Ballarat. ACU is a public university system and each campus offers students the opportunity to experience a different aspect of Australian culture and environment. The
Melbourne Campus (St Patrick's) has more than 5500 students including over 670 international students.
ACU offers a unique range of high quality courses in Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, and Health Sciences for undergraduate and graduates. The small sized classes facilitate concern for the welfare of individual students, and allow a choice of campuses across Australia. ACU has something for everyone.
Check the
guide for incoming study abroad students to ACU.

Angela Franco studied at ACU Melbourne in the spring of 2017. She describes Melbourne below:
"
I can’t fully express how amazing this opportunity was for me. I learned many things about the country, about myself, and also confirmed some things about who I am and what I like. I’ve met many people and made a lot of friends (including kangaroos). Melbourne as a city reminds me a little of Boston because of the old and modern buildings, but truly it’s a smaller New York. You can have a quiet night out or find dance parties and festivals all year long. If you’re bored you can always stroll hidden alleyways and find the neatest bars. Melbourne, although the second largest city in Australia is the melting-pot of it all. I’ve always felt safe in Melbourne, even at night." Read her full report
