- Deposits: Students will be asked to submit a $550.00 deposit at time of acceptance. This is paid towards the program fee, therefore students will be billed $3049.00

COSTS/INCLUSIONS: The Program Fee includes the following:
Cultural Learning Inclusions (subject to change):
- Hands-on community involvement activities and Q&A sessions at Orti Dipinti community garden
- Walking tours of Florence
- Day trip to Siena & San Gimignano
- Visits to museums and the most emblematic sites of Florence including the Piazza del Duomo!
- Tour of the Uffizi Gallery
- Tour of the Galleria dell' Accademia
- Visit the Pitti Palace & Boboli Gardens
- Evening Italian cooking class with dinner included
- Plus plenty of free time to explore!
Other Inclusions: International Insurance, 24-7 on-site support, Pre-departure & On-site orientation – cultural, health and safety, financial, communication, itinerary planning.
Out-of-pocket costs:
- Round-trip airfare - students will be provided arrival/departure guidance and a suggested itinerary once enrolled.
- Personal spending - students are encouraged to plan for $500 for personal spending money (2 meals daily and free time expenses/needs.) Currency and budgeting will be reviewed in-detail during pre-departure orientation. Students are encouraged to plan for $1000 emergency funds access, just in case.
