Program Costs (in USD):
- Program Fee: $3800.00*
- Covers all inclusions listed below (see clarification on round-trip airfare, below).
- Program Fee - billed to the student via the student billing system in SiS. All student charges follow the University spring semester bill due dates (contact Solution Center).
- Financial Aid: Students with financial aid (scholarships, grants, loans) must schedule a meeting with the financial aid counselor: https://go.oncehub.com/UMLFinancialAid
- Round-trip airfare – Students will purchase independently. A suggested flight itinerary and purchase option through program partner, ISA WorldStrides, will be provided to encourage students to fly together. Group airport reception will be offered. Transport to hotel in Tokyo will be offered as part of the group reception. Students who do not arrive in time for the group reception will be provided instructions to the arrive and check into the hotel. Do not book any flight until instructed to do so.
- Personal Spending - Students are encouraged to plan for $500-1000 for personal spending money (2 meals daily and free time expenses/needs.) Currency and budgeting will be reviewed in-detail during pre-departure orientation.

Student Housing & Meal Inclusions:14 nights in double-occupancy rooms at hotel, breakfast included daily, wireless internet, taxes & service charges, and any applicable meal gratuities; Group dinners in Narai and in Kyoto.
